Official sources for exam facts
Provider pages are the primary references for test format, identification, scoring and booking rules. Each exam guide links to the relevant sources and displays the date on which its source review was carried out. Those dates describe our review, not a guarantee that a provider has not changed its rules since then.
We do not use a competitor’s fee or refund policy as evidence of our own offer. Where a fee requires a live provider lookup, the guide links to that lookup instead of inventing a price.
Practical explanation, with limits
The checklists and buying questions are original planning aids. They help a reader compare terms and identify the right party to contact. They are not official booking forms, score predictors or application-eligibility tools.
No named examiner, counsellor or expert reviewer is presented without an actual person and verifiable role. This edition was prepared with AI assistance and source checking; it should not be read as firsthand test-taking experience.
Keeping your information current
Exam formats and booking rules can change. Check the review date on a guide and follow the latest instructions from your test provider. If information differs between sources, contact the provider before making a booking decision.
For a purchase, read the written offer for your exact test. General guidance does not replace the terms of that offer.
Corrections and contact
Use the email listed on our contact page to report a correction. For time-sensitive information, also check the linked official provider page.
When reporting a correction, identify the page, the statement and a current official source. Do not include passport details, payment information or a private voucher code.
